Podium’s programs are at the center of what we do! We work with public schools, youth development networks, and community centers across the greater Richmond area to bring writing, communication, and leadership workshops to RVA youth. Our programs foster youth development and empowerment through creative expression. 

All year long, Podium meets with youth weekly to create safe spaces for creativity and youth voice. Podium youth have the opportunity to participate in publications, such as our annual literary journal and quarterly zine, and showcases to share their creative voices with the larger community!
